AME-50 BS (together with its twin system AME-50 CS) is the most versatile sliding system. It is orientated to medium to heavy-duty windows that require a thermal break due to thermal restrictions. It can accommodate both sliding and lift and slide hardware. With its wide range of glazing thicknesses available, monolithic, laminated or double glazings are very easy to install with glazing beads. AME-50 BS allows mono-track or bi-track frames, this generates a large number of different possible configurations. Both frame and sash are developed as 45º cut profiles. The aluminium alloy of the main profiles is EN AW 6063 -T5, with small pieces and corner cleats EN AW 6005A-T6.
